Building the communication frameworks that drive philanthropic growth through persuasive storytelling and data-driven strategy.
I believe that every donor gift is a story waiting to be told.
Whether I’m orchestrating a Giving Tuesday campaign for Lewis & Clark College or drafting a high impact report, my goal is to turn complex impact into a narrative that resonates on a human level.
My approach was forged in the arts and refined in higher education. During my time at Portland Playhouse, I learned how to scale a development strategy for a growing organization—doubling year-end giving by focusing on multi-channel campaigns grounded in community-centered storytelling. Today, I balance creativity with a systems thinking, leveraging CRM data to ensure every message is delivered to the right person at the right time.
I’m a firm believer that great fundraising requires a blend of empathy, inclusive messaging, and a designer’s eye. When I’m not digging into donor analytics or polishing a layout in InDesign, you can usually find me exploring the intersection of community, creativity, and the power of a well-timed ask.
Lewis & Clark College
2025 – Current
At Lewis & Clark, I lead the communications engine for a $2M+ Annual Fund, transforming traditional outreach into a sophisticated, multichannel donor experience. With highly segmented, persuasive storytelling, I’ve bridged the gap between high-volume solicitation and personalized stewardship. My work here is defined by balancing the big picture strategy with the execution of tailored appeals that resonate with alumni, parents, and friends of the college alike.
Portland Playhouse
2018 – 2025
Over four years and multiple leadership roles, I helped redefine the philanthropic identity of one of Portland’s most vital arts organizations. I led the development team to secure $1.2M in annual contributed revenue, specifically focusing on doubling the impact of year-end campaigns and increasing email engagement. Beyond that, you could find me designing annual reports, managing a grant portfolio, and ensuring that our communications reflected a deep commitment to anti-racist values and community-centered storytelling.
