In Spring 2025, I led the launch of the 'Playhouse Pledge,' a recurring gift initiative designed to convert Portland Playhouse’s most frequent patrons into sustained monthly supporters. This effort was intended to create a predictable revenue stream while deepening the sense of community among our core audience.

Key Contributions:

  • Targeted Segmentation: I leveraged data-driven insights to identify prospects—specifically targeting season ticket holders and patrons with high-frequency purchase history or previous 'add-on' donations. This precision ensured that our messaging reached those with the highest affinity for the organization.

  • Visual Storytelling: I spearheaded the visual identity for the 'Playhouse Pledge,' developing a modern, high-energy sub-brand that felt exclusive yet accessible. This included a suite of custom graphics and a dedicated, streamlined donation interface to reduce friction in the giving process.
